2. Warranty Claim Process
a. Examination and Determination: Encee Woodworks will examine the product and, at its sole discretion, determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, Encee Woodworks may substitute it with a similar product. Please note that color matching is not guaranteed as cabinets may change over time.
b. Proof of Purchase: The original proof of purchase receipt is required to initiate a warranty claim. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty purposes.
3. Warranty Exclusions
a. Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the cabinets.
